If you play soccer you know what that means. I had just grown all the bad ones out from last season. Then tonight, twist, fall, boom and ow. I don't know if I kicked the turf (it's called turf toe for a reason, einsteins) or the ball or the other person. Losing your nails is a common phenomenon in soccer because you are constantly getting kicked and stepped on.
But wow it hurt and I came off. It is pulsing right now and it happened about 30 minutes ago. I took a picture for all two of you who want to see my feet, or if you have a fetish. It is already purple and should be black by tomorrow.
If the toe itself turns black (as opposed to the nail) it may be broken. But ow, and don't call me a baby.
