Bhutto's assassination today was not shocking, but sad nonetheless. I thought someone would get Musharraf first. So predictable, but it still happened, and it is sad. sad sad sad. A wonderful woman went back to her country, knowing she was a target, and died. And another 20 people. That part of the world just baffles me. This could be the beginning of the end, my friends. It does not bode well for world politics. Or world peace. Which we haven't had since 9/11/01. Or before. Merry Christmas, everyone.
From fox news: "Her death stoked new chaos across the nuclear-armed nation, an important U.S. ally in the war on terrorism."
You don't think we are fucked?
