He was close to my favorite (OSC is up there). Maybe my favorite, I can say I read every novel that he wrote but 2 that were before my time (GTR and EOTD). I think every book he wrote became a movie or was considered a movie. The books were always better, but the movies rarely sucked. I remember reading Jurassic Park in college, which my dad insisted I read with a handbook on dinosaurs. It really did help the enjoyment.
Fav movies in order: Jurassic, Andromeda Strain, Timeline, Sphere
I wish they would make State of Fear (anti-global warming) and Prey (just cool). I think I'm going to re-read Next next.
