I mean really, on paper, is she not perfect? Mother of 5. Husband is union. baby has Down's and she chose to keep instead of abort. Son going to Iraq. Pretty. Outside the Loop.
If he wanted the female vote, I would have preferred Kay Bailey Hutchison. But the Texas connection would have reminded everyone of the Bush family. So I respect the deferral.
Doesn't matter. I'm not voting for either of them. But it makes the news interesting....
