Good for them. This is the kind of storm its kinda too late to call a mandatory. If the people watching get out, hopefully I-45 will be busy but not gridock. I have my work route to my job tomorrow planned to avoid the Highway if it is too busy. Since I leave by 07oo hopefully will be okay.
