Don't let this $300B tax cuts, "credits" fool you. It's called welfare. Take my money and give $500 to someone else who doesn't even pay taxes is welfare, transferring wealth, not a tax credit. And they probably won't even make them prove citizenship. And they probably never voted.
At least make them prove they are registered to vote before they get their free money.
